Acceptance of Terms
By using Fast Quotes you enter into a legally binding agreement between you and Fast Quotes. If a user does not accept these terms, then access to Fast Quotes will be denied.
Liability
Fast Quotes provides underwriting tools for Fast Quotes Insurance agents. You, the User, acknowledge that Fast Quotes will not be held liable for any liabilities that arise from using Fast Quotes services.
Termination & Refund
Since we offer a 14 day free trial before purchasing, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time from within the Dashboard. Cancelling a subscription before the trial ends will prevent any charges on your card. Fast Quotes reserves the right to close a users account at any time without notice.
Website Request Terms
As a consumer or agent, if you send in a response (or “lead”) via our platform, you consent to being contacted by a licensed insurance agent or agent representative via call, text, email, or physical mail. You understand that Fast Quotes LLC (or “Fast Quotes”) does not have the ability to view any “leads” that get processed through our platform, and that these “leads” are delivered directly to the end-user. We will not use the data in our platform to solicit agents in our system for recruiting purposes nor will we use data in the CRM to solicit clients of the agents who use our software.
Modification of Terms
Fast Quotes reserves the right to change these terms at any point in the future. By using Fast Quotes you agree to Fast Quotes' privacy policy and all terms listed above.
